How it Works

Free no obligation bespoke valuation of your home produced within 1 hour and emailed over to you. This includes our own opinion on if we think Doorsteps will sell your home. Not all houses will sell using our method and in the current market, we will use our 20 years experience to give you an honest idea if your home will sell the final decision is yours to take. 

Once you have made your property live we will forward all viewing requests to you, we have handy checklists and videos of all of the stages that you will go through during this stage of the process. 

This is the complicated bit of selling a home, this will take months and will be stressful. You can do this part for yourself or you can pay a contract chasing company to take this stress away. We have partnered with a company that can do this for you for a fixed fee. 

If you are happy with the valuation then prepare your advert, this will be photos (landscape only) brief description, 8-10 bullet points, Information on tenure (lease or freehold) council tax band, EPC band and then you are ready to market. 

Once you have a figure that you are happy with then simply go ahead an accept an offer, you can chose your own solicitor or use one of our online solicitors if you chose to. You and your buyer will then fill out what is called a memo of sale and this will be emailed to all parties
